With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Kathryn, a registered Play Therapist, specialises in working with children, parents, families, conduct disorders, ADHD, anger issues, and trauma. She incorporates creative interventions that supplement the use of Person-Centered Theory to allow clients to naturally gravitate toward wellness.
Erik Plymale - LPCC-S
The ultimate goal as a counselor is to empower individuals to overcome their challenges, fostering resilience and facilitating personal growth. Erik uses EMDR and specializes in trauma-informed care.
Heather Verst - Counseling Intern
Heather's approach is compassionate and collaborative, blending evidence-based strategies and solution-focused techniques to help you build and create meaningful change, gain new perspectives, and develop practical skills. As a Christian, Heather can blend Biblical principles into the sessions as requested.

Sabrina has a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. Specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, child, adolescent, adult therapy, and substance abuse. Sabrina takes a collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each person.
Rodney Roderick - LPCA, DBT, EFIT
Rodney uses DBT and EFIT to help people slow down, understand their patterns, and build more meaningful connections with themselves and others. His approach to therapy is down-to-earth, culturally aware, and spiritually rooted in a First Temple Hebraic (Torah-based) worldview.
