Walk and Talk

Walk and Talk is a fitness-based counseling group in NKY that specializes in incorporating the benefits of physical activity with the evidence-based counseling techniques. This combination aims to decrease stress and anxiety, increase capacity, and improve fitness levels.

The group meets for 1 hour. Each session begins with 30 minutes of group counseling, where we focus on techniques to reduce stress and anxiety. The last 30 minutes is a walk where goal markers are encouraged.

  • When: Saturdays at 8:00 am
  • Where: Various Parks in NKY
  • Cost: $30 a session

Men's online support group

Men's Online Support Group

Meet with other men to support each other in goal setting, personal growth, and to learn coping strategies for anger and stress. This online group facilitates an environment for peer support and builds communication and relationship skills while supporting mental health.

Women's Online Group

Join a supportive online community for women focused on stress relief, improving mood, building confidence, and setting goals. Led by Sabrina, this group meets every Tuesday at 11:00 AM EST via an online link and offers a safe space for connection and growth.

A supportive group counseling session

Survivors of Violence Support Group

Equipping members with coping tools to help improve their emotional state and adopt beneficial beliefs about self and environment, in a safe, contained space to process. Using trauma-informed approaches such as Cognitive Processing Therapy, Present-Centered Therapy, and Narrative Exposure Therapy.

Participation is voluntary. Members may join and withdraw at any time, and may share as much or as little as they choose.

  • When: Thursdays @ 5PM – 6PM
